Urban Acres Infomediatech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Website & Mobile Application Developer with strong expertise in Flutter to lead the development and maintenance of the Company's digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete development lifecycle—from planning and coding to deployment, maintenance, optimisation, and troubleshooting. The role requires a professional who can build scalable web and mobile applications while ensuring performance, security, and seamless user experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimise the Company's websites and web applications.
- Build responsive, secure, and high-performance web solutions.
- Manage website maintenance, feature enhancements, and performance optimisation.

Mobile Application Development

- Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build scalable Android and iOS applications with intuitive user interfaces.
- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
- Manage application deployment, testing, updates, bug fixing, and version control.

Backend & Database Management

- Develop and maintain backend architecture and APIs.
- Manage databases, cloud infrastructure, and server-side applications.
- Ensure data security, backup, integrity, and system reliability.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues proactively.

Project Execution

- Independently handle projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Coordinate with editorial, design, marketing, and management teams to understand business needs.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining coding standards and documentation.
- Continuously recommend improvements, automation opportunities, and technology upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of qualified experience in website and mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in Flutter is mandatory.
- Proficiency in:
- Flutter & Dart
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- PHP / Laravel, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies
- REST APIs & API Integration
- Firebase
- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Git & Version Control
- Experience in publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Ability to independently manage complete development projects.
- Fast, reliable, and solution-oriented professional.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
- Experience in cloud hosting, server management, and application security.
