Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our ice cream team! As a

Team Member, you’ll be the face of our brand—scooping delicious ice cream, creating

memorable experiences for customers, and keeping our shop clean, fun, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including food prep and dining areas.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support team members and assist with daily opening/closing tasks.
- Promote new flavours, specials, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus (but not required).
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
