We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Designer to join our team. The Structural Designer will be responsible for designing and creating structural plans and specifications for a variety of building projects, ranging from small renovations to large-scale commercial or industrial structures. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in structural analysis and design software, as well as a deep understanding of building codes and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

- Structural Design: Develop structural plans and specifications, including calculations, drawings, and documentation.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure safe, functional, and cost-effective designs.
- Structural Analysis: Perform detailed structural analysis to validate design performance.
- Code Compliance: Interpret and apply relevant building codes and regulations.
- Safety & Environmental Compliance: Ensure designs comply with environmental, health,



and safety standards.
- Quantity & Cost Estimation: Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and supporting documentation.

Job Qualifications

- Design Experience: Extensive experience across concept design, schematic design, design development, and working drawing stages.
- Design Skills: Strong conceptual, graphic, and technical design capabilities.
- Site Exposure: On-site observation experience to support practical and buildable design solutions.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the infrastructure industry.
- Leadership Ability: Robust leadership and team coordination skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
