1. Collaborating with SFMC Functional Lead and Stake holders to transform new requirements into highly scalable technical solutions that align with business goals.
2. Design and develop detailed project plans and Conceptual Design Document and assist with estimation for major new initiatives.
3. Troubleshoot key SFMC implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive to a successful resolution.
4. Ability to design and implement sustainable and reusable solutions.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators on SFMC capabilities, scripting (AMP script, SSJS), and SFMC best practices.
6. Design and lead complex solutions in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio (cloud pages), Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio
7. Implement and oversee custom integrations between SFMC and other third-party systems (TikTok, ETL Tools) using APIs.

Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance, data processing, and campaign execution efficiency.
9. Ability to design Data Model ensuring solutions comply with data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA) and SFMC security guidelines.
10. Solid skills in AMP script, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), SQL, and API integrations.
Required Skills and Experience
1. 9+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience as SFMC Architect or Senior Developer with deep understanding of SFMC capabilities.
2. Expertise in SFMC modules: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio
