Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SCM Executive to support end-to-end supply chain operations. The role involves coordination across procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals (0–2 years) looking to build a strong foundation in supply chain management within the EV and mobility sector.



Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors for procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials/services Manage purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and follow-ups Monitor inventory levels and support stock reconciliation processes Coordinate logistics operations including dispatch planning and shipment tracking Maintain supply chain documentation, MIS reports, and operational records Support procurement planning and material requirement forecasting Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow execution Assist in resolving supply chain delays and operational issues Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers encouraged to apply) Solid communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Key Competencies Vendor & stakeholder management Strong coordination and communication skills Problem-solving ability Time management and organizational skills Adaptability and learning mindset Why Join Us Opportunity to work in the fast-growing EV mobility ecosystem Exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations Strong learning and career growth environment Hands-on experience in real-time logistics and procurement operations
