Job Description:

We are hiring Architects / Engineers for a telemarketing and inside sales role focused on promoting our interior fit-out and joinery services to International clients. This is a purely office-based role involving Digital Marketing, Telephonic Communication, and Client Coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct telephonic and digital marketing to generate leads.

* Communicate with International Clients in English via calls, emails, and online platforms.

* Understand client requirements and explain company services.

* Qualify leads and coordinate with design and estimation teams.

* Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular client communication.

* Maintain CRM records and prepare basic sales reports.

* Support proposal submission and documentation process.

Requirements:

* Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Mechanical Engineering.

* 1 – 5 Years experience in Telemarketing,



Inside Sales, or Customer Handling.

* Fluent English communication is mandatory (international clients).

* Confident in handling calls, emails, and online communication.

* Basic knowledge of Interior fit-out, Joinery, or Construction is preferred.

* Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

* Hindi spoken preferred.

* Gulf experience is an added advantage.
