Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to collect outstanding payments from customers, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, be willing to travel, and ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers for payment collection and follow-up.
- Collect cheques, payment confirmations, and required documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain daily collection reports and update outstanding status.
- Build good customer relationships and achieve collection targets.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field collection or recovery.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler licence and own a two-wheeler.
- Willing to travel. Petrol reimbursement will be provided as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
