ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Location: Based out of Coorg and posted at any of the Earthitects project locations as per requirement

Full-time (no WFH), 6 days per week, day shift

DESIRED APPLICANT PROFILE:

 Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (Civil) (full-time only)

 Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction/civil engineering

 Good oral and written English communication skills

 Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in the organization

 Knowledge, Exposure to MS office & CAD will be helpful.

 High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces

 Should be ready to commute or stay in the project location assigned by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising construction workers, technicians, and contractors.

 To ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule and within budget.

 Overseeing all project stages from preliminary level to final handing over.

 Organizing construction materials in time.

 Manpower reporting of all the contract labour at the project site to the Project Manager.

 Ensures the Stores in Charge maintains the stock inventory

 To forward the bills on the work completed as per the billing cycle.

 Responsible for the general safety of the employees/workers at the project site

 Reporting project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager.
