About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the US staffing market and a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates across various Non-IT domains, including Healthcare, Finance, Administration, Light Industrial, Pharma, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, submitting, and closing candidates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter), LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases (ATS), and social media to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Domain Expertise: Effectively recruit for non-technical roles such as HR, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Clerical, and Customer Service.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, availability, location, and salary/rate expectations.
- Rate Negotiation:



Negotiate pay rates and salaries with candidates to ensure alignment with client budgets and company margins.
- Tax Terms & Visas: Demonstrate a clear understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and various visa categories (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H4 EAD, etc.).
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job specifications and provide regular updates on the recruitment pipeline.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles and activity logs within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: [e.g., 1 to 4] years of hands-on experience in US Non-IT Staffing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA in Human Resource Management is a strong plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Shift Readiness: Willingness and ability to work core US hours (night shifts in IST).
- Target-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sourcing and placement metrics in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
