Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D; center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand requirements from Product Owners and design APIs.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
- Perform tests to optimize application performance.
- Write clean code to develop functional web applications/APIs.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Collaborate on feature design and implementation.
- Ensure application performance and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

Primary:

- Java 17
- Spring Boot/Spring Cloud
- ORM Frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
- Maven/Gradle
- Relational Databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle)
- Git/GitHub
- Docker

Secondary:

- Kubernetes (knowledge/hands-on)
- NoSQL DBs (Mongo/Couch)




- Microservices Design exposure
- API knowledge
- Tomcat familiarity
- Data Structures & Algorithms understanding
- Unit Testing Frameworks

Tools: IntelliJ/Eclipse/STS, JIRA, Confluence.

Qualifikationen

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
