- Direct interact with customer and understand the issue related to his vehicle

- Take a note of the issue on later create system based job card with entering

correct and relevant information of the customer and his vehicle

- Inspect and advise customer about necessary repairs/maintenance of the

vehicle

- Prepare and share the cost and time estimation of the work agreed by the

customer

- Assign vehicle to floor Supervisor and ensure timely delivery

- Contact customer for any ad-hoc expenses

- Inspect the vehicle repair before delivering and guide customer for billing

process

- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction standards
