Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and innovative New Product Development (NPD) Executive to support the end-to-end product development process, from concept generation to commercial launch. The ideal candidate should have experience in product innovation, cross-functional coordination, market research, and product testing to ensure successful product commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and launch of new products in line with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Develop product concepts, specifications, and documentation.
- Plan and execute product trials, validations, and pilot runs.




- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on customer and market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare project timelines, progress reports, and product-related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for raw materials, samples, and packaging development.
- Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives during product development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE- Mech & Diloma Mech)
- 2–5 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD), R&D;, or Product Management.
- Understanding of the complete product development lifecycle.
- Experience in product testing, validation, and commercialization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
