Job Description
- Lead and supervise the Jewellery CAD department and its daily operations.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor CAD projects to ensure timely completion.
- Establish department goals, performance standards, and productivity targets.
- Manage workload distribution and resource planning.

Experience in jewellery CAD designing preferred.
