JOB PROFILE

Knowledge:

- Proficient in Asp, Dot net, C #, MS technologies.

- Candidates with high level energy, team orientation, experienced in software project management.

- B.E. (Computer Sciences/Electronics) / M-Tech with minimum 4 years of experience in software analysis / design / development / architecture & project management.

- Experience in developing project plans for customer reviews using Microsoft Project tool. Also developed detailed development work-breakdown structures for the team.

- Should have an experience in project estimation & feasibility.





- Experience in risk management and mitigation plans by taking proactive decisions during the course of the project so as to ensure that the Project milestones are met.

- To be responsible for guidance and mentoring of team leaders/designers/developers for solving their technical & personal problems.

Skills:

- Good understanding of Project Management tools like MS Project or Enterprise Architect etc.

- Should have valuable knowledge of any one of the processes like CMM I, XML.

- Experience in designing the business models using UML.

- Strong skills in RDBMS, specifically in MS SQL Server 2000 or later version.
