Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and Mentor the Team: Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices across the team.
- Architect & Develop High-Performance Applications: Design and build scalable, low-latency backend services using Node.js and Nest.js.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with front-end developers and product teams to ensure seamless integration of server-side logic with user-facing features.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code and provide guidance on complex technical challenges.
- Optimize Backend Services: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize databases, and implement caching and other optimizations.
- Security & Data Protection: Implement best practices for security, data protection,



and compliance across all systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and asynchronous programming (async/await, Promises).
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, building and maintaining APIs, and integrating third-party services.
- Expertise in databases (e.g., MySQL, NoSQL) and authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Robust communication skills with experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
