Key Responsibilities

- 3D and CAD is must
- Operate, set up, and program 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare CNC programs and optimize machining parameters for maximum efficiency.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings.
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and trial runs before production.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary program or setup adjustments.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the design, engineering, and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,763.75 per month
