We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead / ServiceNow Architect with robust expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, leading technical initiatives, and designing scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

This role requires excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end implementations of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Configure and customize Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Timecards, and Agile Development 2.0 modules.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
- Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, WSDL, and web services.
- Configure SAML authentication and enterprise integrations.
- Create, manage, test, and promote ServiceNow Update Sets across multiple environments.
- Implement and maintain Discovery and CMDB.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- At least one or two complete end-to-end implementations of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience implementing and maintaining Discovery and CMDB.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
