Job Title: Jewellery Category Manager

Job Summary:

The Jewellery Category Manager is responsible for driving the performance of assigned jewellery categories (Gold) by ensuring optimum stock levels, maximizing profitability, and aligning product offerings with customer demand and market trends. The role involves close coordination with vendors, stores, and internal teams to enhance category growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute replenishment strategies to ensure product availability across all showrooms
- Monitor and manage stock levels at stores and corporate warehouses
- Drive Gross Profit (GP) margins through effective pricing and product mix
- Track and improve inventory turnover for all jewellery categories
- Identify and reduce aging/slow-moving stock through strategic actions
- Lead new product development in line with market trends and customer preferences
- Manage vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance review
- Implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising product quality
- Conduct regular showroom visits to review stock, display, and sales performance
- Train and support coordinators and showroom TFMs on product knowledge and category handling

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Retail / Marketing preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery Retail / Category Management / Merchandising

- Category-wise sales growth and profitability
- Gross Profit (GP) margin achievement
- Inventory turnover ratio
- Reduction in aging stock
- New product success rate
- Vendor performance and cost efficiency
- Store-wise category performance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
