Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

- Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests

- Provide information about Maruti Suzuki services, offers, and follow-ups

- Maintain customer data and update records in the system

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth operations

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi preferred

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

- Positive listening and problem-solving skills

- Professional attitude and punctuality
