Navitrix Infinity Private Limited is looking for a smart, organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to support day-to-day coordination, follow-ups and business operations.

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in the real estate industry and learning directly from senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the CEO with daily schedules, meetings and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers and business associates
- Prepare reports, presentations, emails and basic documentation
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up
- Support project, sales, CRM and marketing coordination activities
- Maintain confidentiality while handling important business information




- Assist with general administrative and operational requirements

We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, well-organized, a good communicator and willing to learn.

Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
