- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular calls, WhatsApp, emails, and visits to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Share product details, specifications, price lists, catalogues, and promotional updates related to PET bottles, jars, preforms, and caps.
- Identify potential customers, generate new sales leads, and expand the customer base in relevant industries.
- Handle inquiries professionally and convert them into confirmed sales orders by understanding customer requirements.
- Take customer orders accurately, ensuring correct specifications, quantities, delivery schedules, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the production team to plan orders based on priority, capacity, and delivery commitments.
- Track dispatch status, coordinate with logistics teams,



and keep customers informed about delivery timelines.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment collection and monitor outstanding dues.
- Collect feedback, address complaints, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update management on sales performance, payments, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Working Days: Tuesday through Sunday.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
- Must have own vehicle for commute.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
