- Key Responsibilities :

Connect with prospective customers and explain Niva Bupa health insurance plans. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance solutions. Assist clients with policy selection, application, and documentation. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.



Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service.

- Requirements Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or above.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic smartphone or computer knowledge with internet access.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
