About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories. In this role, you'll work on everything from social media reels and explainer videos to long-format podcasts and branded content. If you're passionate about editing, motion design, storytelling, and leveraging AI-powered creative tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality long-format videos and podcasts from raw footage to final delivery.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, intros/outros, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and explainer videos.
- Edit multi-camera podcast episodes, including syncing, audio coordination, B-roll integration, captions, and platform-ready outputs.
- Develop short-form content such as reels, teasers, and social media videos from long-form assets.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve editing workflows, transcription, upscaling, asset creation, and audio enhancement.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative assets within deadlines.

Requirements





- 3–8 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Solid portfolio/showreel demonstrating expertise in both motion graphics and long-form video editing.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Audition (or equivalent audio editing software)
- Experience editing long-format videos and podcasts is essential.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for editing, transcription, asset generation, and audio enhancement.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, typography, pacing, and sound design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is an added advantage.
