Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to build strong relationships with brands and sellers, onboard new clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with brands and sellers to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into successful onboardings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress.




- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, onboarding status, and customer interactions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
