Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The candidate should be hands-on with accounting software and Indian taxation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers & journal entries
- Handle GST compliance – returns (GSTR-1, 3B), reconciliation & filings
- Manage TDS – calculation, deductions, returns & Form
- Perform bank, vendor & customer reconciliations
- Assist in finalization of accounts (monthly & yearly)
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L; statements & balance sheets
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants & banks
- Ensure compliance with statutory & internal controls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Robust knowledge of Tally / ERP, MS Excel
- Practical experience in GST, TDS & Income Tax
- Good understanding of account finalization
- Attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of ERP systems
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
