What You’ll Do
- Lead recruitment and onboarding to bring in good talent.
- Create JD for all present employees ensuring accountability.
- Create HR policies and processes that make work smoother.
- Set up performance reviews and feedback systems.
- Drive employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Support payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
- Be a trusted advisor to both employees and management.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in a growing company.
- Strong knowledge of HR basics (recruitment, compliance, performance management).
- Great communication and people skills.
- A builder’s mindset — comfortable with creating systems from the ground up.
- Passion for culture, employee experience, and growth.

Pay: ₹15,521.28 - ₹54,543.67 per month
