Experience: 1–2 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our advertising agency. Candidates with prior experience in an advertising, branding, media, digital marketing, or exhibition agency will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through client meetings, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present the agency's services and prepare proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the agency at meetings and industry events.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Prior advertising or creative agency experience is a solid advantage.

Salary: As per industry standards + Performance Incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
