We are looking for a skilled Manager who is responsible for supervising, guiding, and supporting a team to achieve daily operational goals. This role involves monitoring performance, providing training, improving processes, and ensuring smooth workflow to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities :-

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve productivity and quality targets.

Performance Monitoring: Track daily performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Training & Development: Conduct onboarding, coaching, and skill development sessions.

Task Allocation: Assign tasks and ensure optimal utilization of team members based on strengths and workload.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by reviewing work and providing timely feedback.

Problem Solving: Handle escalations, resolve team issues, and coordinate with management for complex problems.

Reporting:



Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance and operational metrics.

Process Improvement: Suggest and implement strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and team engagement.

Communication: Act as the communication bridge between management and the team.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

Proven experience as a Manager, Team Leader, or similar leadership role.

Robust communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

Ability to manage time, priorities, and multitasking.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Basic proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, or relevant software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
