Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Senior Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales through store operations and on-ground marketing activities. The role involves handling walk-in customers, managing inbound enquiries, participating in exhibitions, roadshows, pop-up events across various cities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve conversions and repeat business.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally.
- Convert enquiries into store visits and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead management systems.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade fairs, pop-up stores, roadshows, and promotional events across different cities.
- Coordinate event logistics before, during, and after marketing activities.
- Promote products and services while engaging with prospective customers.
- Generate quality leads during events and ensure timely follow-up.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide market insights to improve business performance.




- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain product displays and promotional materials according to brand guidelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on walk-ins, lead generation, event participation, and customer conversions.
- Track marketing activity performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in retail marketing, showroom operations, customer engagement, or field marketing.
- Experience in exhibitions, events, retail promotions, or luxury retail will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,001.84 - ₹60,000.00 per month
