Estimation Engineer (Civil) – EPC & Infrastructure Projects

We are hiring an Estimation Engineer to prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for our EPC and infrastructure projects, while also supporting our tendering process end-to-end. This role suits a civil engineer who is strong in estimation and comfortable handling tender documentation and online bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, and detailed cost estimates
- Track relevant tenders on GeM, CPP Portal, nProcure, and other e-Tendering portals
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents
- Support online bid submissions, including EMD, Tender Fee, and Bid Security processing
- Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to tender queries
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams during estimation and tendering
- Maintain estimation records, tender database, and MIS reports




- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission timelines

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Certification in Quantity Surveying or Estimation is a plus

Experience

- 2+ years in Civil Estimation & Tendering
- Experience in EPC, Water Supply, UGD, STP, Sewerage, Irrigation, Roads, or Government Infrastructure projects preferred

Skills Required

- Quantity Take-Off, BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis, Cost Estimation
- Tender Documentation and Government Tender Procedures
- Advanced MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with GeM, CPP Portal, and nProcure preferred
- ERP software and MS Project / Primavera are a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
