Job Summary

The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining production and operational data in the company's ERP/system. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter production and operational data into the system accurately.
- Maintain daily records and update databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Prepare and maintain reports as required by the department.




- Coordinate with production and other departments to collect the required information.
- Ensure data confidentiality and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in filing, record maintenance, and other administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
- Perform data validation and correct any discrepancies identified.

Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software systems is an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
