We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to connect with job seekers, explain company services, generate leads, and maintain strong candidate engagement through calls and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
- Connect with job seekers and explain recruitment services
- Generate and qualify leads through daily calling
- Maintain follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Schedule interviews and share job details with candidates
- Maintain candidate records and call updates in CRM/sheets
- Build positive relationships with candidates and clients
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good Hindi and basic English communication
- Confident phone handling and follow-up skills
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Sales or telecalling experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and positive interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
