Junior HR Recruiter – US/Canada Staffing & India Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to support recruitment for both the US/Canada staffing business and the Indian domestic hiring team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn international and domestic recruitment processes, and the ability to source and coordinate candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

US & Canada Staffing & Indian Recruitment:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and internal databases.
- Recruit for IT and Non-IT positions across the US and Canada.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM.
- Understand employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099 (training will be provided).
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews.
- Handle offer rollout, joining formalities, onboarding,



and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and hiring updates.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Positive organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions.

Preferred Qualification:

- Internship or up to 2 years of recruitment experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts when required.
