Hiring: Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a technically strong Cloud Engineer to join our Managed Services practice. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Identity & Security, monitoring, and automation.

The ideal candidate will be capable of designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing cloud environments across multiple client tenants, while maintaining high availability, governance standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 & Identity Security

- Architect and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
- Design mail flow architectures and security policies
- Implement Microsoft Entra ID security frameworks including Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC
- Configure OAuth-based authentication and up-to-date security controls
- Implement Microsoft Purview solutions (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Retention Policies)
- Drive Secure Score improvements across tenant environments

Networking & Domain Fundamentals

Strong understanding of:

- DNS (A, MX, TXT, CNAME records)
- Domain verification and cutover
- Mail routing and hybrid configurations

Endpoint & Modern Workplace Engineering

- Design cloud-native endpoint management using Microsoft Intune
- Implement device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines Deploy Windows Autopilot and manage lifecycle governance
- Integrate Conditional Access with device compliance posture
- Manage Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and JAMF integrations
- Support Android and iOS enterprise mobility management





Migration & Domain Engineering

- Lead structured email and collaboration migrations (Exchange Online, Google Workspace, IMAP)
- Execute OneDrive and SharePoint data migrations
- Plan and manage domain transfers and DNS cutovers
- Configure and validate name servers

MSP Operations & Client Engagement

- Provide L2/L3 escalation support across multiple client environments
- Perform root cause analysis and long-term remediation planning
- Participate in client-facing architecture discussions and solution design
- Maintain documentation, governance standards, and security best practices

Required Expertise

- 2+ years of advanced hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration& engineering
- Proven experience working in MSP or multi-tenant environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and client communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and identity governance
- Solid understanding of Exchange Online mail flow, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint security management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview compliance and data protection features
- Experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations and hybrid environments
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and DNS management
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for M365/Azure
- Exposure to monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, or similar SIEM tools)
- Understanding of Zero Trust security principles
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions for M365

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
