We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Lending domain to drive end-to-end project delivery, manage client interactions, and handle requirement lifecycle activities. The candidate should be capable of independently driving discussions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end BA activities for lending projects.
- Gather, analyze, and close business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional documents.
- Independently manage client discussions and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Delivery teams.
- Support UAT and ensure successful project execution.
Mandatory Skills
- 6–8 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Solid experience in Lending domain.
- End-to-end delivery ownership.
- Requirement gathering and closure expertise.
- Client handling and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Leasing domain.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
