Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage our online presence and lead-generation efforts. This role covers paid advertising, SEO, social media, and content creation — helping us reach more families in need of quality home healthcare services and building our brand reputation online.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead
- Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create engaging social media content, posts, and graphics using Canva
- Plan and execute SEO strategies, including on-page optimization and quality backlink building
- Write and publish blog content and website articles to support organic growth and search rankings
- Track website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance using analytics tools




- Coordinate with the team to align marketing content with service offerings and client needs
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management review

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Any Degree (Marketing/Mass Communication preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup and optimization)
- Experience with SEO practices and quality backlink building
- Proficiency in Canva for creating social media graphics and marketing assets
- Blogging/content writing skills for website and SEO content
- Familiarity with social media marketing across platforms
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-industry marketing
- Basic video editing or Reels/Shorts content creation
- Understanding of local SEO for service-based businesses
