Procurement Executive

Probation: 6 months

Location: Lower Ground Floor, A & M Supplies India Private Limited, A-41, Block B, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Saidabad, Current Delhi, Delhi 110044.

Timings: Monday to Friday 12:00 to 21:00

Preference: engineers from Mechanical, electrical, Civil, electronics (basically all core engineering field apart from CS and IT)

Experience: 0 to 02 years

Primary role and responsibility:

- Searching and contacting appropriate suppliers/distributors for getting price quotations and updating the client.
- Direct Handling of critical items/suppliers.
- Develop relations with key suppliers, identify new suppliers and consolidate existing suppliers where commercially appropriate.
- Ensure you are working with preferred suppliers and agreed price scales.
- Immediate response to client’s Request for Quotation directly from the OEM/local distributor’s in the best possible manner.




- Co-ordination with Order Processing and Logistics Department in order to track the goods from suppliers and fulfillment of client’s need within the stipulated time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good Computer Knowledge, e.g.: Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Good Hands on Internet
- Good calculation skills
