JOB OPENING – MOBILIZER / FIELD EXECUTIVE

Organization: AISECT DDUKK Hazaribagh
Location: Hazaribagh / Chatra District, Jharkhand
Position: Mobilizer / Field Executive
Salary: As per organizational norms + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct village-to-village, panchayat-to-panchayat, and market (Haat) level mobilization activities.
- Create awareness about skill development, education, and employment-oriented programs offered by AISECT.
- Counsel prospective students and their parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, government schemes, and admission procedures.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders including:
- Mukhiya
- Panchayat Representatives
- Block Pramukh
- Ward Members
- Anganwadi Workers
- Sahiyas
- Self Help Groups (SHGs)
- Community Leaders
- Educational Institutions
- Organize awareness campaigns, community meetings, enrollment drives, and outreach programs.
- Generate admissions and ensure achievement of monthly mobilization targets.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and mobilization records.
- Support placement, counseling, and student engagement activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Intermediate (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Experience in field work, community mobilization, sales, marketing, education counseling, or social development programs will be preferred.




- Willingness to travel extensively in rural and semi-urban areas.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills:

- Strong public communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with community leaders and government functionaries.
- Student counseling and admission conversion skills.
- Networking and relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of local geography and rural communities.
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate:

- Prior experience in skill development projects, education sector, microfinance, NGO activities, or field marketing.
- Familiarity with government schemes related to education, skill development, and employment.
- Existing network with local community stakeholders will be an added advantage.
