Job Summary

APCO Suzuki is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial transactions, statutory compliance, and dealership accounting activities. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP and Tally, along with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and dealership accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries in SAP and Tally Prime.
- Record and maintain sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
- Process vehicle sales, service, spare parts, and accessory billing.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spares, and Inventory departments for financial transactions.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
- Assist in monthly closing, audits, MIS reports,



and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Hands-on experience in SAP and Tally Prime/ERP.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reports).
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions accurately.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in automobile dealership accounting.
- Knowledge of vehicle invoicing, insurance, finance, and RTO-related accounting.
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

As per company standards and experience.
