Occupational Therapist (BOT/MOT)

Join our growing multidisciplinary team at Essence Early Intervention & Development Centre, where we provide evidence-based therapy services for children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, sensory processing difficulties, and other developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Provide therapy sessions focusing on sensory integration, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, self-care, attention, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with Special Educators, Behavioral Therapists, Speech Therapists, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and therapy reports.
- Educate and guide parents regarding home programs and carryover strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.

Requirements





- BOT / MOT degree from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Varthur, Bangalore

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
