We're Hiring: Junior Site Engineer

Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Puducherry

(open to relocate)

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Proven experience in residential/commercial construction

Familiarity with eco-friendly materials and traditional building methods is a plus

Key Responsibilities





Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure timely project execution

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors

Maintain quality control and safety standards

Manage site documentation and reporting

Resolve technical issues and provide on-the-spot solutions

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site logs
