Profiles from Accounts, MIS, Back Office, GST Billing, Invoice Processing, BPO, Banking, Retail, or Non-Construction Industries will not be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in project billing for Commercial Interior Fit-Out and Construction Projects. The candidate should have practical experience in quantity verification, site measurements, RA Billing, Final Billing, BOQ analysis, and client billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and verification of RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Quantity verification as per site measurements and approved drawings.
- Preparation of Measurement Sheets (MB) and billing documents.
- BOQ review and quantity reconciliation.
- Rate analysis for variation and extra items.
- Client Billing and Contractor Billing.
- Preparation of Billing Abstracts and Supporting Documents.
- Coordination with Project Managers, Site Engineers,



and Clients.
- Tracking bill certification, approvals, and payments.
- Preparation of Billing MIS and Billing Trackers.
- Reading AutoCAD drawings and extracting quantities.
- Ensuring billing compliance with Work Orders and Contract Terms.
