Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing various infrastructure projects from conception to completion. This role requires a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and analyze civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, water distribution systems, and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and prepare detailed engineering reports.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, specifications, and cost estimates, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools for design, drafting, and analysis.
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations,



and quality standards.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations for various civil structures.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Review and approve contractor submittals, including shop drawings and material specifications.
- Prepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and technical documentation to clients and management.
- Ensure all designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical expertise and solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management. Strong analytical and communication skills.
