1. Handling Customers & Stock Orders: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Manage and process stock orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Placing Orders to Factory: Place orders to the factory based on requests received from customers and the product planning team. Ensure all orders are explicit, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
3. Checking Products Received from Factory: Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of products received from the factory. Report any discrepancies or issues and coordinate resolutions with the factory.
4. Customer Coordination and Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates and responses to their inquiries. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
