Lead execution of the complex and compliance-sensitive projects: Critical Payouts (Surrender, Maturity, Survival). Ensure each project completes all phases with correct documentation and validations.
What does the job entail?
Drive BRD creation, updates, and sign-off with all stakeholders
Plan and execute Requirements Design SIT UAT for projects
Prepare Solution Walkthrough documents for Development teams
Lead UAT preparation: test cases, data setup, actuarial calculator alignment
Validate calculators and system behaviour thoroughly during UAT
Ensure regression packs are updated at every enhancement
Manage defects during SIT & UAT; ensure closure before Go-Live
Approve detailed requirements and functional design for the requirements shared by users
Approve UAT entry/exit criteria
Approve scenario coverage for projects
Work Experience
7-10 years in Life insurance; Working knowledge of Lifeasia
