Experience Required: 6 Months - 1.5 years

Job Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection: One of the primary responsibilities of an HR Executive is to assist in the recruitment and selection process. This includes posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers.

2. Onboarding and Orientation: HR Executive will be responsible for onboarding recent hires and conducting orientation programs to introduce them to the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.

3.Employee Engagement: HR Executive will assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs to boost employee morale, job satisfaction, and retention rates.

4.HR Administration: HR Executive will be responsible for maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and processing payroll.

5.Performance Management:



HR Executive will assist in monitoring and evaluating employee performance, conducting performance appraisals, and developing performance improvement plans.

Requirements:

1. 6 Months- 1.5 Years of work experience as an HR Executive, HR Trainee, Hr Intern or similar role/in the relevant field.

2.Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems

3.Experience with full-cycle recruiting.

4.Demonstrable leadership abilities.

5.Relevant working experience of IT Industry.

6.Solid communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
