We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commis II – Pantry to support our kitchen team in preparing high-quality cold dishes and maintaining pantry operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present cold dishes such as salads, sandwiches, dressings, and appetizers
- Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and hygiene standards are maintained
- Assist in mise-en-place and daily pantry operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry section
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines
- Support senior chefs in food preparation and plating
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in pantry or cold kitchen section
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines preferred)
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred
