- PDIR Management
- Investigate and analyze defects identified in the PDIR process.
- Inspect incoming raw materials, components, according to established quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and maintain IQC checklists, sampling plans, and testing criteria.
- Address supplier quality issues, coordinating with suppliers for corrective actions and quality improvement plans.
- Maintain IQC records and ensure traceability of inspections and approvals.
- Conduct regular patrol inspections on the production floor to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures ( SOP's) and quality standards.
- Identify deviations, record non-conformances, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to operators and supervisors for quality improvement.
- Assist in verifying in-process controls and final inspections.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly quality reports for management review.
- Document inspection results, PDIR findings, and non-conformance data.
- Maintain records in accordance with quality management system (QMS) requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor PDIR trends and generate reports to track defect resolution and recurrence.
- Ensure timely closure of PDIR issues in compliance with customer and organizational standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
