Job Profile:

1.​Inbound & Outbound Calling: Connect with prospective students and digital leads generated via social media and online campaigns.

​2.Course Counselling: Understand student goals and explain academy courses (Filmmaking, Cinematography, Photography, Video Editing, AI Filmmaking).

​3.Demo & Campus Visits: Guide students and parents to visit our Sector 35-C studio for counseling sessions and course demos.

​4.Lead Conversion & Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to hit monthly enrollment targets.

​5.CRM & Data Management: Track lead status, update prospect notes, and log daily interaction reports accurately.

​6.Objection Handling: Address student queries regarding fee structures, batch timings,



and career outcomes

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

​Experience: 2 years in outbound calling, tele-sales, and educational counseling (experienced in course sales preferred).

​Communication Skills: Robust spoken command over English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

​Traits: Confident phone presence, goal-oriented mindset, and patient listener.

​Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM applications.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
