Deputy Manager – Civil

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Deputy Manager – Civil to oversee civil engineering projects and infrastructure maintenance at our manufacturing facility in Agartala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring civil works while leading site teams, managing contractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and supervise all civil construction, renovation, and maintenance activities within the factory premises.
- Lead and coordinate project execution from planning through completion.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety,



and statutory requirements.
- Verify contractor bills, material consumption, and work measurements.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Prepare project progress reports and present updates to management.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers while promoting best engineering practices.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7–10 years of experience in civil engineering, with experience in industrial or manufacturing projects preferred.
- Solid knowledge of construction management, project planning, estimation, and quality control.
- Experience in contractor management, budgeting, billing, and project coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.

Work Schedule

- 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
